Please ensure all artwork for print is supplied in line with these specifications. Artwork received that is not in line with these specifications may be subject to artwork charges.

ARTWORK SUPPLY METHODS
We advise that artwork is generated only in the following design programs: Photoshop, Pagemaker, Corel Draw or Acrobat.

Artwork should be saved in PDF, EPS, or TIFF format. Alternatively High Quality JPEG can be used for printing. Please remember to include all fonts and images required.

Ideally artwork should be supplied on a CD or disc. CDs will not be returned unless specifically requested at time of order. All artwork should be supplied with a colour proof print.

COLOUR
All colour printing except for full colour must be supplied with PMS numbers. Olympia cannot take responsibility for wrong coloured printing if PMS numbers are not supplied.

RESOLUTION
All artwork should be supplied at a minimum of 300 DPI. Any artwork supplied lower than 300 DPI may print blurred. This requirement is to achieve best possible printing results.

A4 Folded Calendars - 275mm wide x 65mm high
Desk Calendars - 190mm wide x 38mm high
Weekly Desk Planner - 180mm wide x 20mm high.
